International Tourism, Real Estate, and Construction Summit – Montenegro 2024: A Key Platform for Future Development

On November 29, 2024, Budva hosted one of the most significant events for the tourism, real estate, and construction sectors – The International  Summit on Tourism, Real Estate, and Construction Montenegro 2024, organized by TurkCham Montenegro. TurkCham welcomed prominent industry leaders, investors, government representatives, and experts who discussed key challenges and opportunities in these sectors, with a particular focus on Montenegro as an emerging market.

The summit began with an opening ceremony featuring inspiring speeches. Mustafa Aslan, Vice President of TurkCham Montenegro and President of Asmira Group, highlighted the importance of connecting tourism, construction, and real estate sectors, emphasizing Montenegro as an ideal destination for future investments. His address was complemented by H.E. Bariş Kalkavan, Turkish Ambassador to Montenegro, who underscored the importance of international cooperation and investment in Montenegro’s economic growth.
